You may be tempted to put the kitchen sink in this hearty soup but trust me - it does not need it. This is a hearty beefy soup that can cook all day in the crock pot and be ready for dinner. Serve with a loaf of crusty bread, green salad and you have dinner in a jiffy.

Rare is right! But you may have one day when it is soup weather, right?
What an easy soup! perfect for cozy fall days!
Tis the season of soups and stews. We just finished beef stew last night and today I’m making a soup and, maybe, homemade bread. I could eat soup every day. This sounds like a hearty and easy recipe.
Love easy soups and this is definitely one of them!
Yep. Just dump a bunch of cans of stuff in!
Ooh, this sounds good!
Good timing for the first “November Rain” day of 2017 here. Where you are, also?
It really has been pretty nice here but today I think the rain is coming.
Sounds delish! Will have to try it. I just made a crock pot full of my homemade beef vegetable soup one chilly day and it really hit the spot.
