Summer Is Coming on Teapot Tuesday

11 Comments/ 3/ 0

Ah…summer is just around the corner and what do I love about summer?

Fresh fruit especially watermelon.

This little cutie was one of the very first teapots that I got for my collection years and years ago.

If you look closely you will notice a few chips on the lid and spout but that is because it has been well loved.

It’s a functional and fun teapot and that is why I like it.

A mere $15.99 for this teapot back in 1993 – tag still intact after all these years which is pretty amazing considering how many times it has been washed.

A well loved teapot that has served me well over the years.  What kind of tea should I brew it in next?

Thanks for stopping by today.  I love all the comments on my teapots and this month our Comments for a Cause is the Corolla Wild Horse Fund . Each comment on any post this month means a 50 cent donation to this great cause.

That’s one of the things I love most about summer, too. The fresh fruit. What fun teapot.

This is a truly unique teapot—but what really caught my eye was the planter. I love plants so much, and yours here looked quite lovely. I would likely transform this house into a greenhouse if I could. In fact, I have a corn plant that is close to hitting the ceiling as we speak!

Watermelon! One of my favorite things especially when someone else cuts it up for me. Very fun teapot. I’ve heard that if you drink a cup of black tea during the summer it will cool you down. I haven’t tried it but if I had a Watermelon tea pot I just might!

Perfect for summertime tea! Something fruity and yummy that you could pour over ice, I’m thinking. Speaking of summer, we’ve been on vacation and I’m just now trying to get caught up in blog reading.

Exactly. Perfect for a good iced tea brew. Welcome back from vacation. I am trying desperately to catch up as well and it is not going well. 🙂
