Teapot Tuesday and a Bonus Video

8 Comments/ 93/ 1

Chicken themed teapots are a thing.  Who would have thought?  I have several in my collection and I am particularly fond of this one.  It is one of those Pier One finds if I remember correctly and really makes a perfect teapot, don’t you think?

Yes, that is a scone next to my little chicken teapot.  Chris and I watched the royal wedding on Saturday morning and enjoyed tea and scones as we watched.  Because it was a royal wedding and it deserved to be watched while eating scones and drinking tea, right?

Just look at that cute little spout – it is the perfect way to pour a cup of tea and this little chicken does the job quite well.

I especially like the detail on the sides of the teapot.  Now I am not sure that this is truly what a chicken looks like but even if they have embellished on the design a little bit it seems to work on a teapot.

Enjoy your Tuesday and have a cup of tea.  It is sure to make your day better

How about a fun little tea video today?  Cheers!

Cockadoodle-doo… I made cranberry scones from scratch and had Buckingham Palace tea to go with them. I watched the full video a little later since there was no way, I’d be up that early on a Saturday morning. 🙂

Sconces and tea for the royal wedding. Perfect. I loved the wedding message by the bishop from Chicago.

Oh my gosh! I LOVED that video! So clever. And of course, I believe tea is the perfect cure-all to what ails you, even if it’s zombies. 😉
