i think so – probably at the end of the summer… I sent a follow up email to one of the agents last week… I swear, traditional publishing is just as bad as dating a commitment phobic man!

That’s an impressive list. As I’ve said before I don’t really have the time to read that many books but I’m pretty impressed with myself and have read quite a few books already this year. I need to read and try to get at least 30 minutes in at the end of the day! 🙂

You have a lot more going on than I do! I didn’t read nearly as much when the boys were younger, trust me. I am making up for lost time.

Good for you! I raised my goal this year. I started out at 12 and raised it to 24. 🙂

I have only read one or two if the books on your list, but I’ve also got a Kindle full of to-reads.

Are you on Goodreads? I participate in the Book Addicts group there.

I had signed up for Goodreads a long time ago and never did much with it—I started to input books and it just got too time consuming so I quit. I had wanted to put the widget on my blog and then I could never get it to work…maybe I should just start over and put books in now. Maybe…

That’s quite the list! It is amazing to me (who reads all the time) that I have not read 1 book on your list. Good luck with your quest!

Thanks! I like to read quite a variety–some trashy, I admit–but fun! Life is too short to not read , in my humble opinion!

What a great list. I have read The BeanTrees and My Antonia, both excellent books. I am currently reading The Light Between Oceans by M. L. Stedman and it is excellent. I have along list too read as well. Good luck on meeting your goal.

    Ooh! Book chat, my favorite!

The only one I’ve read is The Bean Trees. Kingsolver is one of my favorites. I like Sparks and Picoult too, but I haven’t read the titles on your list. I’m all inspired. I’m an avid reader, but I’m not sure how many books I read in a year. I may have to try 100.

Nice list. I will have to borrow from it. Cousin Carla left me with Sisterland, (Curtis Sittenfeld) which was good and now that I have read it, I will set it free.:-D

I have not read as many books as I would like as I have too many things going on right now. I have read 3 of the books you have read.
