Wild Art – North Carolina Arboretum

7 Comments/ 56/ 0

As always I am drawn to outdoor art installations and the latest Wild Art installation at the North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville did not disappoint when we visited several weeks ago.

A short walk through the grounds revealed many fabulous sculptures that fit in beautifully with the landscape. On display until September 26th, 2021, the 18 outdoor exhibits created by 17 local and national artists are truly a wonderful way to see what each artist interpretation of art in the wild might be.

Please enjoy a few of the Wild Art features today on the blog.

See one you like? Most of these are for sale and can be purchased at the NC Arboretum. Check out their website here and make sure you leave me a comment and Comment for a Cause – Ohio Northern University. You can read more about that by clicking here.

My pics aren’t great but you get the idea. The butterfly arc was pretty special,

I, too, love outdoor public art. Thank you for sharing this. I’m partial to the alligator. Or is it a croc?
