Apple Oatmeal Cookies

6 Comments/ 418/ 1

Apples are in season right now and what better way to share the apple love than to mix up a batch of apple oatmeal cookies? These are moist and delicious and I like to think that the freshly ground nutmeg give them just hat little extra to make them your favorite fall cookie. Enjoy.

  8. these cookies are best served fresh and will stay fresh in a covered container for a few days. They freeze well and it is easy to thaw them and have really fresh cookies if you can't eat the whole batch in a couple of days. Great cookie to use those fall apples and share with friends.
