Teapot Tuesday –Christmas is Coming

17 Comments/ 71/ 0

Another fun Christmas themed teapot and this one is from Pfaltzgraff.  My sister in law got me a couple for my collection several years ago and this is the larger of the two she gave me.  I love the delicate features.teapot1

It looks great on the table with any dishes and is a beautiful addition. My family knows how to find the perfect gifts, don’t they?

“The Chinese say it’s better to be deprived of food for three days than tea for one.”

I love that Phalzgraf pattern. I see it in Macy’s every Christmas.

I bet that is where she got it—she is a dedicated Macy’s shopper.

My question is: how do they keep track of what you do/don’t have???? Love that first photo of your coffee/tea sideboard!!!!! Fond memories for sure. I will have to say, though, it seems like eons ago since we made that trek!!!!!

Hey Doreen! I don’t keep track so how can anyone else? In my memory I have only had one duplicate given to me in all this time. There are so many teapots out there to explore. And yes—it has been eons since you visited. I feel like so much has happened this year!

I definitely will. I am working my way through them with my Advent Calendar of tea. 🙂

I can’t look at a teapot without thinking of you.

Each teapot has a story, doesn’t it?

Absolutely. They each have a special place and a story to tell even if it is not my story. 🙂

It’s kind of my thing, isn’t it? Happy to have people think of me when they see one. 🙂

It is beautiful. Choosing gifts for someone who has a collection is much easier than for folks who don’t!

I agree! And there are so many different kinds of teapots that no one even has an idea are out there. So fun to find them all.
