Yikes! Since it’s spring, when I read the title of your post, I thought it would be some flowers blooming or seedlings sprouting when I clicked over to your blog. That thing is monumental.
I have had potatoes that were not used that grew just waiting to be cooked but they never looked that bad. See what happens when you travel but leave your potatoes all alone at home.

I know! IT was crazy when I pulled it out. And yes—it is what happens when potatoes are left unattended.

At first I thought it looked delicious then notice the potato sprouts! Wow, now all you have to do is plant them and watch them grow!!
