What’s On Your Camera Roll?

5 Comments/ 92/ 0

A glimpse into my life this past week. Of course heavy on the AAUW Book Sale and Maksim, of course.

Maksim thinks I need to buy more books to fill up this box.

Maksim has started a new thing — climbing on my back and hanging out. It is amusing.

A night out with a friend and we stopped to watch the sun set over the mountains. Pretty spectacular.

The coneflowers are so pretty right now.

I have a couple pots of these on our dock and they have kept blooming all summer to my amazement.

Today is the final day of the AAUW Used Book Sale but there are still a lot of great books left. It’s been a great sale.

I decorated my hand truck that we are using at the book sale. Get it?

Finally (ignore the dust in my car) a picture that tells you that my car got pretty hot while it sat waiting for me while I worked the book sale. Thankfully we live in the mountains where it is much cooler but still. Whew.

What’s on your camera roll? Tell me all about it and Comment for a Cause for American Macular Degeneration Foundation.

I’m afraid I would have bought a lot of books had I been at the sale. I’m sure they did very well. I’m a bit embarrassed but on my camera roll are pictures of a G & T and a Mojito. Also some of a writer’s exhibition and Lia making a run for it. So not all about having a drink or two.

I love these posts and always forget about doing one of my own. In a few weeks I’ll have a bit more time on my hands, maybe then I can get organized a bit…
Love the pics of Maxim. He’s just so cute and fluffy. Our Finn used to sleep on Corey back when she was a tiny kitten right after we found her. I think she felt save there.

What a fulfilling week, seeing books go into the hands of others. Thank you for volunteering. Love that mountain shot.

Awesome book sale! And cute Maksim. We once had a cat who did the same thing, climbed on our backs. ??? Don’t know why.
