Leave a commentThanks for the post filled with sunshine. When I think of all the things I took for granted…Stay well and happy, Beth!
You saw the yellow and knew it was intentional. 🙂 Smart you! I know what you mean about taking things for granted. Just running down to Dollar General to pick up something I needed for a recipe. Ugh. It’s a whole thing now. I don’t know if we will ever go back to the way things were before all of this.
I still get happy every single day that I found this fasting lifestyle because I’ve done it for 524 days and still remember how awful I felt when I started. It has been a game changer for me! Also, Instacart! I don’t miss grocery shopping too much😂. Have a great day my friend!
Wow—that is wonderful, Jill. I am so happy for you that you found the fasting lifestyle. I have read very little about it but it intrigues me. So happy you have found something that works. We don’t have Instacart here but there are a lot of curbside pickup places which I love.
I love waking up to bird song and to my sweet Dot wagging her tail and saying with her eyes, it’s time for our walk Mom. xo
The birds singing and a pet waiting —sounds like the perfect things to be grateful for !
The daisies are blooming.
Enjoying these unexpected cool mornings while walking the dog with my husband.
And for me, the color of happiness is yellow which you used in your post! <3
It was an intentional choice! 😊
I figured it was!! 🙂
I’m painting little postcard sized pictures and mailing one each day to someone. That keeps me busy and mostly makes me smile. I hope the people receiving them smile too!
I love that you are doing this and I know it is bringing smiles all over the place! What a great surprise to get that in the mail!
Hearing my sweet 15-month-old grandson giggle today as we played peek-a-boo during a video call. Just what Grandma needed.
All bright and wonderful things.
The deer on my lawn and the quail with their flying feet.
Perfect happiness sightings!
